Tapping Points

Step 1 - Love What Is...

First - Describe your Limiting Issue in a few words.
Speak it out loud - “I’m aware of [Issue].
Rate the intensity from zero to ten.
Now tap, Love What Is, let it go and feel your energy flow...

SH: "Even though I'm aware of [Issue], right now, I’m LOVED. It’s only thought. Thank you. I love you..."

SH: “Even if I’m afraid to let go of [Issue], right now, I’m LOVED. No more fear. Thank you. I love you...”

SH: “Even if I don’t deserve to let go of [Issue], right now, I’m LOVED. No more doubt. Thank you. I love you...”

CB: “Releasing all resistance, letting only Love remain.”

BB: "Right now, It's safe to FEEL loved and healed. Clear of doubt. Thank you. I love you."

FT: Breath in, and out, and feel peace... "Aaahhh. Peace!”

(Place Non-Tapping Hand Over Your Heart)

TH: “Right now, I allow myself to love and let go of [Issue], and any fear, choosing the Truth in my heart that I Am Love.”

EB: “Right now, I allow myself to love and let go of [Issue], and any shame, choosing the Truth in my heart that I Am Worthy.”

SE: “Right now, I allow myself to love and let go of [Issue], and any blame, choosing the Truth in my heart that I Am Powerful.”

UE: “Right now, I allow myself to love and let go of [Issue], and any sorrow, choosing the Truth in my heart that I Am Magnificent.”

CB: “Releasing all resistance, letting only Love remain.”

BB: "Right now, it's safe to FEEL loved and healed. Clear of doubt and fear. Thank you. I love you.”

FT: Breath in, and out, and feel peace... "Aaahhh. Peace!”

Now, rate the intensity of your issue from zero to ten.  If it’s not close to zero, tap again. If progress stops then move to Step 2 – Love the Feeling, to remove the emotional blocks...

Step 2 - Love the Feeling...

First – use the Emotions Guide to help determine how this issue makes you FEEL. Speak it out loud - “I feel [Negative Emotion].
Where in your body do you feel it? Allow yourself to feel it there deeply.
Rate the intensity of the Negative Emotion from zero to ten.
Now tap, Love the Feeling, let it go and feel your energy flow...

SH: “Even though I feel [Negative Emotion], right now, I Am LOVED. It’s only thought. Thank you. I love you....”

SH: “Even if I’m afraid to stop feeling [Negative Emotion], right now, I Am LOVED. No more fear. Thank you. I love you...”

SH: “Even if I don’t deserve to stop feeling [Negative Emotion], right now, I Am LOVED. No more doubt. Thank you. I love you....”

CB: “Releasing all resistance, letting only Love remain.”

BB: "Right now, I’m willing to FEEL loved and healed. Clear of doubt and fear. Thank you. I love you.” FT: Breath in, and out, and feel peace... "Aaahhh. Peace!”

(Place Non-Tapping Hand Over Your Heart)

TH: “Right now, I allow myself to love and let go of feeling [Negative Emotion], and any cause, feeling the Truth in my heart that I Am Love."

EB: “Right now, I allow myself to love and let go of feeling [Negative Emotion], and any event, feeling the Truth in my heart that I Am Worthy."

SE: “Right now, I allow myself to love and let go of feeling [Negative Emotion], and any people, feeling the Truth in my heart that I Am Powerful."

UE: “Right now, I allow myself to love and let go of feeling [Negative Emotion], and any belief, feeling the Truth in my heart that I Am Magnificent."

CB: “Releasing all resistance, letting only Love remain.”

BB: "Right now, I’m willing to FEEL loved and healed. Clear of doubt and fear. Thank you. I love you.” FT: Breath in, and out, and feel peace... "Aaahhh. Peace!”

Now, rate the intensity of that Negative Emotion, from zero to ten. If it’s not close to zero, tap again. If progress stops, tap another Negative Emotion, or move to Step 3 – Love the Belief...

Step 3 - Love the Belief...

First – ask yourself: “What thought must I believe is true to make me feel that way?” A belief is only a thought you keep thinking!
Summarize the Lack Belief in a few words.
Speak it out loud - “I believe [Lack Belief].
Rate the intensity from zero to ten.
Now tap, Love the Belief, let it go and feel your energy flow...

SH: “Even though I think [Lack Belief], right now, I Am LOVED. It’s only thought. Thank you. I love you....”

SH: “Even if I’m afraid to stop thinking [Lack Belief], right now, I Am LOVED. No more fear. Thank you. I love you...”

SH: “Even if I don’t deserve to stop thinking [Lack Belief], right now, I Am LOVED. No more doubt. Thank you. I love you...”

CB: “Releasing all resistance, letting only Love remain.”

BB: "Right now, I decide to FEEL loved and healed. Clear of doubt and fear. Thank you. I love you.” FT: Breath in, and out, and feel peace... "Aaahhh. Peace!”
(Place Non-Tapping Hand Over Your Heart)

TH: “Right now, I allow myself to love and let go of the belief [Lack Belief], and FEEL satisfied, knowing the truth in my heart that I AM Love.”

EB: “Right now, I allow myself to love and let go of the belief [Lack Belief], and FEEL satisfied, knowing the truth in my heart that I AM Worthy.”

SE: “Right now, I allow myself to love and let go of the belief [Lack Belief], and FEEL satisfied, knowing the truth in my heart that I AM Powerful.”

UE: “Right now, I allow myself to love and let go of the belief [Lack Belief], and FEEL satisfied, knowing the truth in my heart that I AM Magnificent.”

CB: “Releasing all resistance, letting only Love remain.”

BB: "Right now, I decide to FEEL loved and healed. Clear of doubt and fear. Thank you. I love you.” FT: Breath in, and out, and feel peace... "Aaahhh. Peace!”

Now, rate the intensity of your lack belief from zero to ten. If it’s not close to zero, tap again.

If there’s still more to do, return to Step 2 or 3 to tap for another negative emotion or lack belief... Then, take 7 minutes to do the Healing Heart Affirmation ©

Healing Heart Affirmation ©

Hold in mind any feeling, block or belief you’ve revealed using Tapping Into Love.

Phrase the way you’d PREFER to FEEL as an ‘I Am’ statement.
Allow yourself to FEEL that way - loved and healed - clear of doubt and fear. Touch your heart with your hand, in any way that feels comfortable to you. Cross your ankles. Smile inside.

Ideally, look into your eyes through a mirror or camera, or simply close your eyes.

Slow your breathing. Imagine breathing in through your heart. Repeat the following out loud for 7 minutes.
Breathe in deeply through the nose, then speak as you breathe out -

"Right now, I AM [Positive Feeling]. I FEEL loved and healed. Clear of doubt and fear. Thank you. I love you."

Mantra – Know the Truth ©

Say out loud, as often as possible throughout your day -
"Right now, I Am LOVED. Thank you. I love you."
